Windows 10: linx10 tablet intel inside

My linx10 tablet was running on a windows 10 operating system, when i tried to reset it, it couldn't be reset and all it does now is when you power it on

it shows the linx logo and underneath it starts loading then the linx logo disappears and appears again with the same but bigger loading cycle then under the cycle it writes REFRESHING the goes OFF and the same thing starts again

what could be the problem, and how do i resolve this issue?

product key deleted from bios on linx10 tablet, no support from aanywhere

I own a linx10 tablet bought at Argos in the Uk this year, I was aa tech preview participant but all drivers where absent after I installed win10 on my linx10 so I downloaded the drivers from http://www.linxtablet.co.uk/ (a support site as the manufacturer
of linx tablets offers no support at all for their own products).

The drivers for touch screen, gyroscope etc worked fine but one of the files was a bios tool which I assumed was safe to use, it flashes my bios and deleted my product key.

I now have a status of "to be filled by OEM" on my device list and the legitimate copy of windows 8.1 I paid for in the price of purchasing the linx10 tablet is now not valid and so my full windows 10 installation shows "not activated".

Microsoft have not helped me with this situation at all

Linx have a two person support "team" who refuse to actually do anything to help, many linx tablet customers have had the exact same experience as me and I have no idea what to do to resolve this, I feel as if I have been robbed.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

Tablet Mode doesn't automatically turn on

Hi Roice,

We suggest you to follow the below steps to make the tablet mode permanent:

• Click start and select settings.
• Select settings and then select tablet mode.
• Now you have different options to choose from, please choose settings that suits you.

Windows !0 tablet keyboard issue

This issue might occur if the tablet mode is enabled.

I suggest you to disable the tablet mode and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

  Type setting in the search area in the task bar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select on System option.
  
• 
  Select Tablet mode in the left panel of system Windows.
  
• 
  Toggle off the tablet mode.
