list of hidden Power Plan attributes to maximize cpu performance ?

There are so many hidden power plan attributes aka hidden settings. There are so many it is hard to know, if there isn't more of hidden features. I don't know exactly, if they have any effect: if you set cpu state min. to 100% and disable idle saver - so cpu is utilized constantly on 100% (running in c0 state). I found scraps of them on different forums. I found even some on microsoft docs, but not all. Is there some official database, when they are all listed at one place ?

Mainly if i have cpu min. state on 100% and disabled idle saver and core parking, am i good to go ? I want to know, if i need yet - to disable other throttling features. In order for cpu to run at maximum performance. For example idle saver, is hidden by default and enabled. But if you don't disable that, cpu run at 100% frequency, but at 0% utilization and still has to switch between power states, from c1 to c0, in order to run at maximum performance.

I know that power saving features in bios, which are on needs to be turned off aswell, otherwise windows will let cpu run at 100% of performance, that these features allows.

    :)

    Power plan?

Upon checking, it seems that there's nothing wrong with your system. It is usual that you have to double-click your mouse before your monitor wakes up.

For the meantime, we suggest changing the power plan by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + S.
    • Type in Power Settings.
    • On the pop-up window, choose Additional power settings.
    • Select High performance.

After changing the power plan, we suggest that you monitor the changes made and check if that will work for you.

Get back to us if you need further help.

  3. Hidden differences between system power plans in Windows?

I was wondering if—aside from the settings listed in the Change advance power settings—do the pre-made power plans change any other hidden settings like throttling, CPU clock speed, etc?

For example, if I change all the settings for Balanced to be the same as High Performance, would they be identical?

There are a few similar questions here:
