Windows 10: Live camera gone green

when i open the camera app it's all normal and then abpout 1-3 seocnds later the live camera has a green filter on it. Although when I take a picture it's comes out normal. Tried all the settings and reinstalling drivers what can I do now.

You can try these steps and see if it will make any difference:

• Power cycle

1. Turn off the phone then remove the back cover and the battery.

2. Reinsert the battery and the back cover then turn on your phone.

• Reset your camera settings

1. Go to Settings.

2. Swipe to Application settings.

3. Choose Photos+camera.

4. Select Reset camera.

Camera Screen Green

Hello. I also have a HTC PM23300. Just experienced that green screen as well. I restarted and it is working now. The green screen is gone and camera is working again. I'll report back if anything changes.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
