Windows 10: Live Captions accessibility for the deaf; how to disable a warning notification?

How do I disable a warning notification when I'm being notified that the "Captions are being missed, try closing some applications to improve performance."? I have another applications opened and I have to, constantly, close the warnings. Is there a way to ignore the warnings permanently?

LIVE CAPTIONS CANNOT BE ACTIVATED

I have been a long and I haven't seen a new update to up to 22h2 and still in 21h2. mine is Windows 11 pro. I am deaf and need accessibility for a live caption. please let me know what happens. what do I need a part for a live caption?

Live captions keep popping up "Captions are being missed" warning

I enjoy reading captions while watching videos on YouTube and other social media platforms. The only minor issue is that a small window pops up, somewhat blocking my screen. I clicked the "Got it" button to dismiss it, but it keeps popping up again. It bothers me all the time. I understand that the popup concerns the performance of live captions, but my PC has few applications and does not consume much RAM. It is a very powerful PC and can handle it. I wonder if there is a way to disable it. This popup warning message was added recently. Yes, I am deaf and use live captioning often.

Live captions and subtitles available for PowerPoint in January 2019

Live presentations can be thought-provoking, inspirational, and powerful. A great presentation can inspire us to think about something in an entirely different way or bring a group together around a common idea or project. Live captions & subtitles in PowerPoint supports the deaf and hard of hearing community by giving them the ability to read what is being spoken in real-time. In addition, captions and subtitles can be displayed in the same language or in a different one, allowing non-native speakers to get a translation of a presentation. At launch, live captions & subtitles will support 12 spoken languages and display on-screen captions or subtitles in one of 60+ languages.

Live captions & subtitles in PowerPoint brings:

Speech recognition that automatically adapts based on the presented content for more accurate recognition of names and specialized terminology.

The ability for presenters to easily customize the size, position, and appearance of subtitles. Customizations may vary by platform.

A peace of mind with security and compliance knowing that the feature meets many industry standards for compliance certifications.

The feature joins other accessible features in Office 365, like automatic suggestions for alt-text in Word and PowerPoint, expanded availability of automatic closed captions and searchable transcripts for videos in Microsoft Stream, enhancements to the Office 365Accessibility Checker, and more.
