Windows 10: live tiles do not work

None of the tiles (Weather,News,Money, etc,) show real data. Just thr tile icon.

Live Tile Not working

What size do you have the live tile set at? Some live tiles dont work on smaller tiles.

 

fixing of live tiles when upgrade to windows10...??

if my windows live tiles do not work in windows 8.1(update) will the live tiles work when i switch to windows10 through windows 10 reserve???

 

Do a system file check to look for corrupt files. It will try to do repair if any found.

Right click at Start button > click Command Prompt (Admin) > at the flashing prompt, copy/paste this.......
sfc /scannow

> press Enter.
It will take quite sometime.
When finished, it will give you one of the 3 reports...............(paraphrasing)
1. No integrity violation.
2. Found corrupt files and repair successful.
3. Found corrupt files but unable to repair.

 

The solution did not work. No errors found.

 

The only suggestion I have is to do a repair install.
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
You are allowed to keep your files, settings and apps.
No product key is required.
Activation will be automatic.
