Windows 10: Live TV Optimum app for laptop isn’t working

This app worked fine but then I shut down the PC and the update was installed. Since that moment I’ve been unable to launch the app. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but the app still doesn’t want to launch. Thank you for your help in advance

We understand your concern and we truly appreciate the time and effort that you have taken to work on this issue. However, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Uninstall the Optimum App for laptop.
   
2. Then open Control panel.
   
3. Click and Programs and Features.
   
4. Locate Microsoft Silverlight and
   Uninstall the same.
   
5. Download and install the latest version of
   Microsoft Silverlight.
   
6. Then try installing the
   Optimum App and check.
   

If the issue still persists, we would suggest you to refer
Restore form a system restore point in the article
Recovery options in Windows 10 and please try performing the system restore to the point where the app was working fine.



Note: We would not recommend you to perform the steps apart from the section
Restore from a system restore point.

Live TV Optimum app for laptop is not working on Windows

Instead of the tv stream loading correctly, an alert comes up regarding a new app for ios products, also includes (error 1991). I click ok and it goes back to sign in page...this keeps repeating. It was working fine, then when I shut down for the night
two days ago, an update was installed...the next morning it didn't work...it is working fine on 3 other computers in the house. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and no change...I changed my account name and password, still nothing...optimum online recognizes
my new ID, but this problem persists. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on (wrong). I have windows 10 Thank you.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
