Windows 10: live tv streaming

    is there a service or programme to stream live tv?
    ive got a ful tv licence and all that jazz its just where im living has shite tv reception even with my tv tuner, but has rather good internet, at times.

    Windows 10 + Xbox app + Live TV stream with Dish TV (satellite tv)

    Movies and Tv does not support live tv streaming.
