Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent 141 Hardware Failure

This error occurs when it is uncertain, but quite often. usually happens when I play any game even when I watch a video on MPC-HC this error sometimes occurs.

My Specs :

• Intel Core i3 3210
• Nvidia GTX 750 Ti
• 4GB 1600Mhz RAM + 4GB 1333Mhz RAM
• ASUS H61M-C Motherboard
• Windows 10 64 bit
• GAMEMAX GP 450 PSU

And when I play dota 2 this error occurs and causes the game to freeze and there is no other way but to force close the game from the task manager.

I already clean install the gpu driver and remove dust from computer and reseat all components but still not work.
