Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent 144 - I can't play any audio or video anymore.

Hi I've got a Lenovo Legion Y520, just today it started to not play any web or local stored videos or audios. Here are the details:

Every time I play something, it will never play and my speaker icon would indicate that I can still adjust my volume, but at the same time it could be played if I kept the video loading for a while, then my speaker icon will have a red x on it and it'll say The Audio Service is Not Running. When I click the icon the troubleshooter would pop out and resolve it, which then it'll go back to the normal icon. But then the video won't play. I'm not really computer literate so I'm not sure what to do here, please help thanks!
