Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent 3000040

Discus and support LiveKernelEvent 3000040 in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; i have a problem with all usb`s that keeps disconnecting 1 sec, then reconnect again. this happends atleast 5-10 times a day. reliability monitor pops...     i have a problem with all usb`s that keeps disconnecting 1 sec, then reconnect again. this happends atleast 5-10 times a day.

    reliability monitor pops up with this every minute, all day long:

    message are sent, but i never gets responds from server on solution.

    all drivers are up to date, windows update are up todate.. are there someone out there that can point me in the right direction?

    Can anyone tell me if MS is addressing this issue which is happening now every day on start up and causing massive memory dumps which have to be cleaned out on a daily basis. Running Win 10 on a virtually new Dell laptop. Any helpful advice or suggestion
    that MS might actually get this sorted would be really great.
