    Hello,

I've been having issues the last week or so when launching Ubisoft games and a few other games/programs as well (3DMark). The program will freeze up at a black screen for about 10 minutes, crash, and then if I go to restart it, it usually works. I checked my reliability history and noticed these being there at those times, every time. A LivekernelEvent Code 117 and a bad_module_info related to the Xbox Gaming Overlay. Please help?

  2. LiveKernelEvent 117

I've been having the same problem, and I've been looking for the fix without luck, but the
temporal fix I've found online it's to activate the display by pressing
Windows key+Ctrl+Shift+B then wait until the screen "wakes up", if it doesn't work keep trying until it does

Hopefully Microsoft will address this problem and fix it

    LiveKernelEvent 117

Several times over the last few days i have had this error. It has occurred while the PC is idle, while on the web or even gaming. The Screen goes black and sound still plays (when gaming) nothing can get me out of that screen so i have to restart. When
it logs back in check reliability history and i always have this error listed. A few times it has occurred several times in one day.

There are no device issues, so im not sure what else to check, any advice?
