  1. LiveKernelEvent Code: 141 Error black screens and freezes constantly 5700xt

    Hey Guys,

I really need some help, ever since I built my new PC about a week ago I’ve been having constant crashes and black screens, very inconsistantly sometimes I can game and have my pc on at load for ages and it works fine and then crashes, sometimes it'll crash again within 2 min and then not crash for many hours. Sometimes my computer will just completely freeze and other times, like if my monitor is asleep ill come back to my PC and the screen will just be black and frozen. I’ll always have to force a restart.

I’ve looked in my reliability history and its seems to all come down to LiveKernalEvent Code 141 error, which seems to be related to my GPU, here is an example of the error message:

    Problem Event Name:LiveKernelEvent

    Code:141

    Parameter 1:ffffdd0101528010

    Parameter 2:fffff80476e5077c

    Parameter 3:0

    Parameter 4:48c

    OS version:10_0_18363

    Service Pack:0_0

    Product:256_1

    OS Version:10.0.18363.2.0.0.256.48

    Locale ID:1033

I’m also getting different Bucket ID report sometimes with each error such as:

    BAD_DUMPFILE

    LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_atikmpag.sys (MOSTLY THIS ONE)

    LKD_0x1A1_WIN32K_CALLOUT_WATCHDOG_win32kbase!UserPowerInfoCallout

    THINGS I’VE TRIED

I’ve fully cleaned the drivers in safe mode with DDU and re-installed, this made no difference, also windows is fully updated and my BIOS is as well, as well as this ive taken the GPU out of my PC and it was able to run all night which never happens, which again points to it being a GPU issue of some kind.

    Here are my specs:

    32 gb ram

    I7 9700k

    Asus z390i

    Sapphire 5700xt

    1tb ADATA NVME

    450w Corsair SFX

    64bit Genuine Windows 10 pro

Any help would be very appreciated im pulling my hair out on this one.

    :)

    LiveKernelEvent 141

Hey people, lately my computer keeps crashing after a livekernelevent 141 hardware failure. When it occurs, both screens go black, I hear still sound for a few seconds, and then my pc reboots. I have already completely reinstalled my video card drivers,
and I ran sfc and chkdsk, no errors were found. Does anybody have another solution for me before I reinstall windows?

    LiveKernelEvent 141 and 117, BSOD with FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE

Original Title: LiveKernelEvent 141 and 117

I was in a skype call and had a few browser tabs open and I got a BSOD with FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE as the message. I am running a crossfire setup with two R9 380 cards. Up to date drivers as of 1/2/16. System details, MSinfo32 output, and .dmp file
are available at the google drive link below. In the reliability manager there are several 141 and 117 errors with the same timestamp. One of each is included in this message below. I cannot reliably recreate the problem, but I also have 141 and 144 error
codes from GTAV when that crashed to a black screen a couple times this week. A 144 code is also posted here. Any ideas?

LiveKernelEvent Code: 141 Error black screens and freezes constantly 5700xt

    LiveKernelEvent Code: 141

Lately when I'm gaming my monitor will basically go black and display "No Signal". The audio however will still play from whatever I was doing, but I know that nothing I do (keyboard presses, mouse presses, microphone) does anything, as it only crashes when
I'm gaming, and they can't hear what I say after the screen goes off, and I can't move either because that would make changes to the audio which I can still hear. Then the only way to do anything is to hard shut off my computer (holding down power for 10 seconds),
and turn it back on. I can do all normal functions on my computer without it crashing like use Word/Excel and the internet is fine also. I have read a bunch of other forums on what to do, but basically all they say is to redownload drivers, so I did that for
all of my computer components, and the problem persists. So here are the three reliability Problem Details that Windows gives you as to what happened, but it's not written in comprehensible English, and I don't know what other information to supply so here's
those. Also here are my current computer components:

MOBO: ASUS Z170-AR LGA 1151 ATX Intel

    Memory: Crucial 32 GB 16 GB x 2 DDR4-2400 PC4 - 19200

CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K Kaby Lake 3.8 GHz LGA 1151

GPU: Powercolor Radeon Red Devil RX 480 8GB

    PSU: EVGA Supernova NEX750B

    Monitor: Acer H233H
