    As you can see from the specs see image below this is an older computer. My question is this a hardware issue graphics card, fan, etc or do I need to reinstall Windows 10?

    Hello, sorry for not responding. I did reinstall the drivers using the vendors software, in this case nvidias. But freezes still happen every so often, this being one of them in addition to the 141 and 142 LiveKernelEvents:
