Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent - Code: 141

Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone here more knowledgeable on the subject could help me fix an issue I'm having with my PC. Two or three days ago I started to run into a problem where both of my monitors would lose signal and go into standby mode. Everything else seemed to work fine such as audio from discord and youtube and I've only had this issue happen while I was playing video games. I originally thought it was my GPU, an RTX 3080 but the event happened again on my GTX 1070 that I had as a backup since I thought my 3080 was fried. Is it possible that this is a PSU issue with the cards not

i get random black screens on my display for a brief moment, sometimes those black screens cause my pc to crash

Hello,
I have recently noticed that my laptop's screen freezes out of nowhere without doing no hard tasks (just reading a pdf). As I saw, it all starts with the bluetooth mouse not working and a bit of time after that the screen freezes and i have to restart the laptop using the power button.

I have been getting LiveKernelEvent 141 in reliability monitor and it causes games to crash. I checked everything with my graphics drivers and disabled other programs. What can I do do fix it?
