Windows 10: Ll

I was an Xbox subscriber and stopped my subscription and downloaded the game from Steam and entered the same account as my account, but I lost the progress in my account and I don’t know how to get it back.

Headphone bluetooth - AptX-LL code in windows 10 supported ?

System info:

- PC desktop : Windows 10 pro - 64bit - 21H1 OS Build: 19043.1348

- Card: Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz - bluetooh 5.1

- Driver bluetooh verision: 22.80.0.4

- Headphone : Sennheiser HD 350BT (AptX-LL)

• With deafult driver AptX-LL not working in Headphone properties , channel only working at 44100Hz (CD quaily)
  

but i have installed driver Intel 8260 Bluetooth Audio Application (WBS/APTX) :

• AptX-LL code is working in Headphone properties ,
  
• working at 48000Hz (DVD quaily),
  
• mode "hands-free" not working, micro not working
  

Please check and fix this feature in windows 10
