I have put my Turbo Tax CD into the computer and it is not loading. Why?

Method 1:

Method 2:

If the issue persists, you may have to uninstall and re-install the

To uninstall the software follow these steps:

  turbo tax 2015 and click on Uninstall.
  

Note: Make sure you have the installation media for
turbo tax 2015 before uninstalling it.
