Windows 10: loading

my pages, updates or anything will load either at all or partially. So im constantly hitting the refresh or exit out. It seemed to start this afte I did a network reset. I have good connection with my wifi, it joins up when I power up with no problem. Is there any way to fix this issue? im running window 10 home version which is up to date but the latest one that will not get past 26percent.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

done.........
