Windows 10: Loads of issues with the computer not registering im an administator to trouble shoot...

So i just resetup my computer after not using it for around 2months just sat unplugged, came back on and noticed an app discord wasnt opening. so i went to uninstall it and reinstall it after nothing worked, the uninstall message stated This . so following further guides i ended up going to command prompt to check if any files or such were corrupt typed in sfc /scannow and got this message . so now its telling me that my user isnt an administrator which after double checking my users im the only user and it does specify that its an administrator account. another guide told me to try running CMD as a administrator and i get this error when i hit diagnose i get this error message .


Edit: if it helps i also get this error message when hitting more details both while trying to uninstall an app and with running CMD as administrator

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
