Windows 10: Local Disk Z automatically created.

Discus and support Local Disk Z automatically created. in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Today I noticed a new disk partition appeared named Local Disk z.     Today I noticed a new disk partition appeared named Local Disk z. The size of this partition is 100MB.

    And I can't access it. What is this ?

    new drive named local disk(z) is appearing

    Solved... at least for me.

    I tried some of the other suggested methods to get rid of "local disk (z) with no success.

    However, a simple System Restore to an earlier version removed the mystery disk Z: completely.

    Local disk Z

    There might be malware also causing this, so if you're seeing it then no harm of course in scanning your system thoroughly. Z: however is also showing up in Win10 and remaining for some people due to a Windows (Update) bug.

    Hello,

    In exploring the files when I select the local disk (Z Local Disk Z automatically created. :) tells me that I do not have access and to obtain permanent access writes me I press "Next".

    When I step to go to a tab that tells me use the security card to gain access.

    I would like to help me to get access because they do not know what to do with the security tab.
