Windows 10: Local Security Authority Protection

Discus and support Local Security Authority Protection in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; How can this be fixed? This is new so my computer.     Local Security Authority Protection


    How can this be fixed? This is new so my computer. It wasn't there before computer is about 6 months old and I've notice this now for about a month, and I have looked around and others have the same issue. It shows it is on but I still get the warning that says it's off even after restarting my device.

    Local Security Authority protection Bug?

    Open an admin Command Prompt and run these two commands:

    • reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa" /v "RunAsPPL" /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f
    • reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa" /v "RunAsPPLBoot" /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f
    Restart Windows. That should clear the yellow exclamation warning.
