Location Services greyed out "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your...

    Hi :

We just recently build few Surface Pro LTE devices, and we enrolled them via Autopilot hybrid joined. Soon once we finished provision those surfaces, I found out the location services is greyed out. also have red message on top saying *Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization.

there are few trouble shoots I did:

    1. First thing I did is checking with our gpo guy, and confirmed there is no gpo been configured for Windows 10 location services.
    2. The second thing I did is go to regedit and found HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lfsvc\TriggerInfo, then deleted folder 3. Then going to Services.msc, then change start type to Automatic for Geolocation services. then reboot
    3. Also tried to create new Key \HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\LocationAndSensors and set value "DisableLocation" to 0, also create new key \HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\ with value "AllowSearchToUseLocation" to 1.

try all those trouble shoot i could found online, none of them fixed the problem. Please help

    thanks

    :)
