Windows 10: Location Tracking Problem

Discus and support Location Tracking Problem in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I am trying to set up Hulu. It says it needs to track my location.     Location Tracking Problem


    I am trying to set up Hulu. It says it needs to track my location. I go into Settings, Privacy, Location and it states Location for this device is on. I click try again on Hulu and I get the it needs to track my location screen again. How can I get out of this loop?

    You can track your laptop and pc location with out any software you can find your laptop and pc location by device IP address.

    Keep getting location tracking symbol in by taskbar window; want to know who exactly it is trying to access my location; also want to know is it true that if someone knows your e-mail address they can physically track your current location?

    Just a novice when it comes to computing......
