locked myself out of my microsoft account

Hi, I tried logging into our Microsoft account this morning and my login wanted me to verify my information. I was supposed to get a code to my work email address but I didn't get an email. So I tried to verify by getting a code to my cell phone. I got a code but when I tried logging in my account is being locked for 30 days. So I cancelled that new security verification but I still can't log into my account because I'm not getting an email with a code. I tried using the chat screen and they were able to email me a code to verify my security information but they were not able to give me a code to log into my account. They suggested using this forum. My reference # is 1502039768

    Thank you
