Windows 10: Locked out of account and can't recover

My microsoft account had an attempted hack a few months ago so microsoft have locked my account to verify it's me. I'm writing this from my work account. The only issue is, I haven't got enough information to verify it's me. My back up email I have lost access to as it was my first email made by my parents and we no longer know the password, I have only used skype once a few years ago and don't remember any of my contacts. I have't used any other microsoft services or purchased anything from them so can't be verified in that way. I need to get back into this account so I can get into my one drive. I also have an old school account I need to remove from my laptop that I am seemingly unable to do. Any help?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Restore local account ?

I would suggest you to check if your old account is displayed in the list of Manage Accounts.

Follow the below steps to check:

• Right click on the Start button and select
  Control Panel.
• Click on the User Accounts.
• Click on Manage Accounts and check if you are able to view your old account.

If you’re old account is not present in the Manage Accounts list then, you may not be able to recover the old account. If you’re old account is present in the Manage Accounts list then you can find that account on the bottom left
corner on the Lock screen.
