    Locked out of laptop after an update, can't find Bitlocker key


    One of the laptops at work had windows update before leaving last night.When returned to the office today, this laptop would be stuck at Lenovo loading.We don't have an IT department in the office, and I'm usually the one helps employees with their devices.Initially, I tried shutting down the laptop multiple times with no luck.Then following some instructions online, went to the BIOS and changed the secure boot policy.Now, it's asking for Bitlocker Recovery Key.I'm familiar with this step, so I logged in to the Microsoft Account.However, I cannot find this device on ANY of the Microsoft accoun
