Windows 10: Locked Out of Laptop (Windows 10)

Sorry, it's an old model (G74S). I am currently stuck in an automatic recovery loop. We were using it to store our family photos and videos. Did the free upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 awhile ago. Our oldest decided to make her the only user on it and now can't remember her password or reset it, and I think I broke the cursed thing today by trying to circumvent that. Again, I can't express how much I appreciate all of your time and help thus far. What's on here is invaluable to me, but I guess it's what I get for not backing it up on another device.

F2 is setup according to manual. You should start to tap it as soon as you power on. If this doesn't work I'm hoping you at least see the spinning dots when Windows first starts. If so hold the power off until it shuts down. Start and and do the same thing when dot appear. On the third attempt tap the F2 as it powers up.

If you really can't get to BIOS then you are quite fortunate this is an older laptop. Your drive is very accessible. Page 64 of eManual. Flip over, remove screw, locate drive, release. Note how you took it out so you can replace. The as Cereberus mention you can get an external caddy (drive enclousure) to attach drive to working device and copy.

The real key here is tapping F2 as soon as you power on.

Thanks for all the helpful information. From what I can tell it looks like my registery is dammaged. If I get a caddy to log onto it with my desktop will the dammaged registery cause problems? Thanks again for all your time and help.
