    Locked out of my group me account


    The GroupMe app was not loading the videos. I was trying to send to my teacher so I logged out now when I go to log back in it wants a two-step verification with an old phone number that I don’t have anymore. I’m wondering how I can fix this problem

    Google account - but cannot find Google group

    I have a Google account but cannot find a Google group to which I have been added to a mailing list - it seems absurdly difficult to resolve. Any suggestions welcome.

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Steve, All you need is a Windows 10 installation USB in order to use the procedure given in post #2. If you do not have one of them then you will need to take your computer to somebody who does. The procedure does not entail any use of the MSAccount reset / old mobile number / email reset. Denis
