Windows 10: Locked out of my Laptop

So recently I have been experiencing random black screens while running my laptop on games, web browsers, ect. I looked up the issue on the community and found the top answer saying to disable system configuration and required me to restart my laptop. After doing so I tried logging in when it told me my pin could not be found. When trying to create a new pin through the lock screen i was simply thrown back to the lock screen with the clock and date. I have tried to use my microsoft account password instead which also didn’t work. After reseting my password and retrying the login with it multiple times it still didn’t work. I have even tried to use the safe boot and just about every fix required my microsoft password which it deemed to be incorrect. So now im sitting here wondering why nothing seems to think my password is correct and worried that i can only wipe it with everything still on it. Im really hoping one of you guys/gals could please help me out, this really sucks and all i want is to log in so i can move everything of of my laptop before buying a new one.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

hey guys I'm trying to get clockgen to work on my laptop but can't get any of the plls to work, can you please post like exactly what steps I need to take to test each pll to see if it works? my specs are listed to the left
