Windows 10: Locked out of my laptop

Microsoft has made it so I can’t get into my laptop at all and I can’t access my assignments for college, photos, or important documents. One day I was using windows 10 and then overnight my laptop downloaded windows 11 without my permission. I used to be able to sign into my laptop with a local account but now there’s no sign in box for my password just the sign in button, which I’ve done but I’m forced to use my Microsoft Account that I haven’t used in a long time. I don’t remember my password and they never send the recovery code. Also the recovery form doesn’t work for me on any other devi

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

hey guys I'm trying to get clockgen to work on my laptop but can't get any of the plls to work, can you please post like exactly what steps I need to take to test each pll to see if it works? my specs are listed to the left
