Windows 10: Locked out of my laptop

This has happened multiple times now and I need a more permanent solution. A message appears saying that I have input my PIN incorrectly too many times need to input the challenge phrase of A1B2C3. Then I have to put in my correct PIN.Now I know my PIN is correct and I haven't put it in wrong and yet it this message continously appears from about 2 weeks ago. Sometime I can get in no problem and then randomly I see this message and have to wait several hours, NOT 2, to be able to get access again. This is obviously a common problem and need help stopping it in future after I wait ages to sing

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

hey guys I'm trying to get clockgen to work on my laptop but can't get any of the plls to work, can you please post like exactly what steps I need to take to test each pll to see if it works? my specs are listed to the left
