Windows 10: Locked out of pc, stuck in winre

Hi, so a few days ago when i was using my device I ran into a bluescreen error. After it restarted, it came up with advanced repair options. I have tried all of them, including resetting my pc, which didn't work. I couldn't system restore and now I cant get into safe mode. I have even tried unplugging everything in my computer to no avail. Please help, I don't want to spend the money on a new PC.

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Can’t reset or turn back stuck in automatic repair, and after attempts now there is no system administrator on pc.

It is possible that there is an issue with the system files of Windows 10. If you're unable to recover your computer using the different options in the Advanced page of Windows Recovery (WinRe) environment, we suggest resetting your computer and choose either
to keep your files or remove everything. Resetting your computer will revert the system files of Windows 10 to default and it will address the "stuck in automatic repair" issue. Since you can access the Windows Recovery (WinRe) environment, you can perform
a reset by performing these steps:

• In WinRe, choose Troubleshoot.
• Select Reset this PC.
• Choose Keep my files. Please take note that the programs that you've installed will be removed. You need to re-install the programs again after the reset process.
• Wait for the reset process to finish.
• After resetting your computer, kindly observe if you will be able to log-in to the computer.
