Windows 10: Locked Out of Windows for a Month

Hi Everyone!I hope this note finds you well.I have a problem with my daughter's Lenovo laptop, and I was wondering if you could possibly advise me. We she and I can't sign in. We have been using a password, but the computer is now asking for a PIN. It tells us what to do if we forgot the PIN but we've never used a PIN, and though we have followed the instructions, we can't get a verification code on two alternate emails. My daughter uses her laptop for school work, and she hasn't been able to use it since July 12. We've done everything possible after getting tips from Microsoft's website,

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
