Windows 10: Locked out

Im going to sell my pc so i deleted everything on it and i forgot to get the specs of it.when i turned it on it said that i needed to make a username and password for but i had to go so i turned it off and when i came back its on the lock screen.i tried to sighn in with my Microsoft account but it didnt work so now its asking me for a username and password that i never made.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Lock screen issue

I suggest you to follow these steps:

• 
  Go to Settings>>Personalization>>Lock Screen.
  
• 
  In the right panel, select Picture instead of Windows Spotlight.

Lock vs Login screen screenshot

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
