Windows 10: Locked windows file

Im using X360ce to use my steering wheel in games its quite an old one so its not recognised by my games I have managed to get it to work on GTA V and i also want to use it on forza 4. I tried to x360 but it needs to be linked to the executable to work, forza is a locked file. how do i unlock this .exe file. I do have admin control

How do I unlock the drive where Windows 10 is installed?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
