    Hello,there was a hacker attempt on my Microsoft user account tonight. Now when trying to get a "secure code" by email to ensure that I am the owner of the account the email does not arrive. I've checked the spam folder and there is nothing from Microsoft there. Actually trying to solve the issue by getting a code made matters worse and I was informed that further steps where taken to prevent my account from being recoverable.I could not get any kind of support for this so far. I've created a new user account so that I can write here. But it appears impossible to solve this issue. The only rea

    Hi Demi,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    I would suggest you to use paint desktop application to resize the picture according to the locket size and try to print and check if it helps.

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
