In the past 24 hours what has been the frequency of bsod?
How many crashes were there without bsod?

Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > expand all that display a yellow icon > for any that have a yellow triangle with a black exclamation or for any listing that displays unknown please post images into the thread.

There have been 2 BSODs in the past 24 hours, no crashes without BSOD

 

If the dumps aren't being created, that indicates the system is in too poor of a state to even write the memory dump to disk.

I understand you said you've tested your RAM and your SSD, could you describe what tests you performed to verify their health? The fact that you are also seeing "Unexpected Store Exception" makes me think something is going wrong in hardware.

 

I ran a different test, and I believe I have a faulty hard drive. I have over 100 retired drives according to HDTune, and the built in diagnostics show multiple errors of "hard drive-not installed"

 

Please post the images of the HD Tune scan: health, error, and benchmark.

 

Along with zbook's suggestion, I'd also recommend that you run Dell's built-in diagnostics, ePSA. Dell support will likely ask you to run it if you contact them for a drive replacement or a replacement laptop.

To enter ePSA, tap f12 on system startup and select "diagnostics". Then have it run through all diagnostic tests, and write down any error codes that appear during testing.

Here's the health, I forgot to screenshot the error scan but it was all green. From the diagnostics tests I got "Fail PSA V4304 Error 2000:0155 Validate COde 72274: Hard Drive not Installed

 

If ePSA is not detecting your hard drive, that should be sufficient for Dell support to acknowledge your SSD has failed and either get send you a new ssd or a new laptop altogether. At most they may ask you to reseat the drive.

 

Unfortunately my warranty recently expired, so I'm just going to order a new SSD off amazon. Thank you to everyone who helped, this has been stressing me out for a while and I appreciate your time so much!

 

What is the age of the computer?
Are all the parts original parts?
Had you performed any type of operating system repair (clean install, in place upgrade repair) since the computer was purchased?
The event log only started in September.
So we don't have a full view of the events.
There is just 1: The IO operation at logical block was retired since the start of the September event log.
Whereas the HD Tune is displaying 100.

The Windows digital license should allow you to make a hardware change.
As an extra layer of protection make sure you have a Microsoft account.
This week there is a major Windows upgrade planned. The next version from 1703. So if you install the operating system later in the week with a Windows 10 iso you will likely have the latest version of Windows.

Let us know your progress and if there are any recurrent BSOD after replacing the SSD.
