Windows 10: Log in by PIN/Fingerprint Failed

Hi,I have been in problems with PIN/fingerprint log-in for over 1 month. My log-in method is password, PIN and fingerprint. My fingerprint log-in works just fine previously. Sometimes it cannot identify me, which is normal, I would enter my password to unlock instead. I could not remember the PIN, and the password is a lot longer than PIN, so I decided to change to a new PIN which I could remember. Ever since I changed my PIN a month ago, both fingerprint and PIN stopped working.Problem description:1. Previously, when I tap my finger in the sensor, the screen will unlock automatically.2. Now w

When I try to log in using the fingerprint windows hello, the log in fails and says that i need to set up a pin in order to use the fingerprint log in, however I have already set up a pin. The password and picture password still work fine. Any ideas? thanks

I keep having to setup my fingerprint and pin. At first it says I need a pin because it can't use my fingerprint due to a change in security settings. Then it says I can't use the pin. I have reset these things repeatedly.

Here is the message: "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device."

Hello!

for the past 4 months, I was using windows hello finger print to sign in into my laptop. Today, the laptop refused my fingerprint and forced me to use PIN.

No need to mention I forget it

I proceeded and clicked on forget password, logged in into my microsoft account and entered the security code sent to my phone. but in the last step it gives me a "failed to reset PIN" with 2 options "try again" "Maybe later"

and just to mention. windows only offers me 2 log in options, PIN and Fingerprint. there is no Account Password option.

What should I do ? My exam after 3 days. and all my PDFs and notes are stocked in this laptop
