Windows 10: Log in errors - You must log out first...

Discus and support Log in errors - You must log out first... in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; I've a new computer (all in one desktop) and every single time I log in it comes up with this error... so it logs me out and when I log in again it's...     Log in errors - You must log out first...


    I've a new computer (all in one desktop) and every single time I log in it comes up with this error... so it logs me out and when I log in again it's with a NEW temporary account....


    I'm so frustrated... I personally have two Microsoft accounts (home and work) and my daughter has her own too. It seems to be an issue if you have passwords saved for logins... How do I change saved passwords..I really wanted to save them to stop me from having to log in fully every single time....


    How do I move forward? With the one Windows/user/actual_name_not_truncated

    Saves log files ?

    You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

    CCleaner Professional | Try the world’s most trusted PC cleaner, free!

    You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

    Struggling to log on

    Hello all,

    I have a friend who registered here a couple of weeks ago (Jacko28), but he's struggling to log on. He logs on, but once trying to create a post - it logs him out.

    He's deleted cookies, tried a diffrent browers, and other various things.

    Can anyone suggest anything?
