Windows 10: Login and Authenticator issue with Windows 365

I created a Windows 365 account and used the service until about two week ago. Since then, I've been stuck in an 2FA loop.When I try to login with my email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and password, I'm prompted to enter a number on my Authenticator app.For reasons that I don't know, my Authenticator app wasn't and isn't configured properly. When I try to make a change to my Authenticator app, I am prompted to enter a number in my Authenticator app.Clicking "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" gets me to this:I don't have access to the verification code or at least don

Skype for business (BASIC) login showing additional login (365 cloud identity authentication)

Hi,

As per titled, I have issue with login to SFB Basic. Once login successfully, some user shown an additional login page which is a 365 cloud identity authentication (not possible since most of them are still not subscribed to this yet). Could somebody help
me pointing in the right direction on why it does that? Is it because of we have a hybrid environment?
