Windows 10: Login Issues, not getting email with code to reset PIN

Hi, It's been over 2 weeks and still I am not able to login to my computer which hampered by business, When I tried to login it says My Account is blocked because of multiple incorrect passwords and guided me to reset my PIN number, when I follow the same and entered my email address it says I will receive a Code to my email and I have never received even after multiple attempts.Contact: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***: +1 714 273 6158Please do needful.Thanks

Forgotten PIN and expired password

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

Resetting PIN on Windows 10 Issues

I am getting a message at start up in the login screen saying I've tried several times to login with the wrong PIN. Even thought I haven't done a thing yet. It also looks like I have two accounts listed in the lower left corner. I can login using my Microsoft
password but, why can I no longer use the PIN step instead? Can I reset my PIN?

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

• 
  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.
