Windows 10: Login to windows 11 store with business acount

I've been using the MSFT store to download apps e.g., the Teams App for a long time.For a few days, the store has been opening a log-in window whenever I try to download something.My business account office 365/Azure AD account no longer works to log in.It says "We couldn't sign in with a passkey. Please try again." Can't Login to Windows 11 Store with Business/Work or School Account

Hi Together,

We have upgraded to the latest Windows 11 in our School network.

After the upgrade to win11, our users reported they can't login to her microsoft store and can not download apps anymore.

Is there a workaround or is there a plan to support business, work, school accounts for the win11 store again?

The current situation without supporting business accounts is not satisfactory for us for deploying more device with windows 11.

i block with gpo the option to login private store and i cannot log in to Business accounts

the issue only on win 11 on win 10 works perfectly

 

Windows 11 microsoft store doesn't use business accounts anymore?

So we have upgraded one of our company pc's and we are now running Windows 11 Enterprise, runs pretty good.

Now we want to use the Microsoft Store with one of our existing business accounts (Corporate Office365 account) to download or install or purchase new apps for Windows specifically for this computer that have to be purchased from the Microsoft Store.

The Windows 11 Microsoft Store shows a notification when you logon that there is no support in the store for business or school accounts, only personal accounts like Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com accounts.

I've been browsing the web for some time but did they really remove the option to log into the Windows Store using business accounts? This pretty much would make this computer useless for us, we might have to go back to Windows 10 if there is no workaround. We could create a new account using outlook.com but how is someone supposed to install a Windows Store app that has been previously purchased in a business account? Are we missing something?
