So basically it feels like they are interrupting the USB connection briefly plugging it into a new USB made it run ok for a short period of time but the only way to get the mouse back is deleting the drivers and replugging it. It starts off as stutters to an eventual stop. At first, it seemed manually input because of the timing I have all sorts of antimalware nothing skims it besides one thing but I didn't have the extension prior reformat. It is the reason for the reformat I don't know what to do. Feels like a waste of a mouse. Normal USB mouses are fine. If anything could anyone suggest where I can set my DPI on a non-programable mouse.

    Mouse Stutter

Was curious to know if anyone can weigh in on this...
I've had a weird mouse stutter where I think I've tried EVERYTHING I can think of and find online. I'm running the latest build of Windows 10. I keep all my drivers uptodate as well. With that said, I've tried the lastest NVidia Drivers, latest Mouse drivers for the mouse I'm using ( logitech g602). I've tried using Logitechs software and not using it.
    • reinstalled windows with a clean install
    • switched my router to 5ghz
    • tried bluetooth connection, ( seems worse than the wifi connection )
    • disabled Nvidia High Definition in Device manager
    • turned off the power off option under every USB peripheal in Device manager
    • Tried another usb port
    • tried another mouse... with this being said, I use a wacom tablet. This is studio machine so it's higher much higher end and should not suffer from the mouse lag but noticed this will stutter from time to time as well. But what I just realized this morning and just want to know if I could have a confirmation... I'm currently backing up an older large drive that uses USB 2.0. I'm using backblaze to get everything up as fast as I can.
Since i've had it uploading, I noticed moreso the stutter. Is it possible that this drive could be causing the stutter? If my thinking is correct, even tho it's just uploading online the drive is being accessed and if the USB connection is the bottle neck, I'm thinking this could cause a stutter with other USB peripheals regardless if they are are 3.0 or not

Computer Stutters at random when on the internet

I've had my laptop for at least a year now, and I've not had this issue up until a week or two ago. Thing is, at first I thought the stuttering would happen at random, but I've come to notice whenever I'm connected to the internet on this laptop, absolutely
everything stutters at random for at least 5-15 seconds, then runs fine for a random amount of time before the stuttering starts again. I believe I may have narrowed it down to internet(or the way my laptop deals with internet) causing the stuttering, as if
I disconnect from it, the stuttering slows down, and eventually stops happening afterward. Is there any easy way to deal with this stuttering? And btw, I do believe I have all the up-to-date drivers already for almost everything. Windows 10 is the operating
    system
