Logitech mouse not detected by windows 10

When I connect Logitech wireless mouse g900 it works as long as USB is plugged but will not work wireless. Also it does not show up in Device Manager under Mice and other pointing devices, only 5 HID-compliant Mouse, are listed.

Running Logitech gaming software results in "no device detected"

    :)

Mouse Click not working after Windows updates

    Hi Pakteriusॐ,

It's possible that your mouse is incompatible or the drivers are outdated on Windows 10. Could you provide the specific model of the mouse you are using?

I suggest that you follow the steps below to resolve your concern:

    • On your Windows 10 device, search Troubleshooter > Hardware and Devices
      > Run the Troubleshooter.
    • If there are no errors detected and the issue still persists, go directly to
      Logitech
website and search for drivers compatible with Windows 10 and download it.

    Update us with the results.

    Logitech Wireless Mouse

    Hi Ken,

Not working wireless mouse could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device driver
    • No device driver installed
    • Faulty wireless mouse receiver

We would like to know some information to better isolate the issue:

    • Have you done any changes (like updating your Windows) on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Have you tried using using your wireless mouse on other computer and checked if the issue persists?
    • Have you tried updating your wireless mouse driver?

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to run Windows troubleshooter:

    • Type troubleshoot in the search box and press Enter.
    • Select Hardware and Devices, then click
      Run the troubleshooter
      .

If the troubleshooter didn't work, you can check this
    article
about updating your wireless mouse driver.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
