    Logon to Laptop Using Business Account


    Hi, I have bought a 365 Business Account with my business. I had a Windows 11 Home version which I have updated to professional version logged in with my personel account. However, I cannot use my business 365 account to log on to the laptop. I have tried Accounts>Access work or school and have connected but it does not appear on switch accounts. Thanks

    Thank you for your reply,

    I have an Azure account for a year which I have just joined. I have been following the guide here Windows 11 Pro Login Using Microsoft 365 for Business Login - Microsoft Q&A.

    I would like to insulate the work stuff from my home files hence wanting a separate login. If I upgrade to the Business Premium will this give me this functionality?

    I dont understand how to logon if I only buy the Business account, surely I don't need a Home account as well to enable me to login to the computer .I have tried to delete the home login and just use the business one but it didn't recognize it as a Microsoft account.

    I have tried adding the device on Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center->Devices->Enroll device but I just get a 403 error.

    I dont think I should be paying for business and home to get access to Sharepoint?

    Although I'm not quite sure what makes a laptop a "business" one? (it's not for me lol)
