Windows 10: LOOP in Windows

Hi guys,


after installing the new Windows update 2004 I guess it is called, then I cannot get past the Bitlocker screen.

I can remember my bitlocker pin, but it just loops. Please HELP, this is very urgeent.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
