  1. Loss of Audio and Drive

    Hi all,

Since doing a "Fresh Start" on my windows 10 OS I appear to have lost all control over any audio.

The audio volume control just shows a red cross and each time I select it, it just goes through the imaginary process of trying to repair the problem. The following are captures of the various messages I receive whilst trying to resolve this problem: Loss of Audio and Drive 035c0215-db75-4600-87d1-4c002883f716?upload=true.png

Since the Fresh Start, I now only have one C: drive with no backup partitioned drive.

I hope this all makes sense to somebody and you are able to help.

    :)
