    Loss of Microsoft Office 2013


    I just logged in to do some work and tried to open Excel and Word files that I've used for years and I get the note "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." In settings and on my home page the Excel and Word icons are present. I'm running Windows 10 version 1903, OS Build 18362.267. I don't have the original key for the software...what happened and how do I fix it???

    It might be worth to try this...................
    Go to Programs and Features > right click at Microsoft Office 2013 > click Change > click Repair.
    See if that does anything for you.

    *** adding : the steps I posted are based on my Office 2007. Your 2013 might be different. I hope not. ***
