Windows 10: lost administrative rights. windows 10 single home language

Need help. Pls.see attached ph.I lost all admin rights. Logging in on safe mode.and choosing Admin. It requires windows hello or smart card which I don't have.

How to replace a language in Windows 10 Single Language ?

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. Appreciate your interest in using Windows 10.

To change the language, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Go to settings.
• Time & Language.
• Region & Language.
• Add a language. Select required language (UK English/US English).

Make it default by clicking on it and choosing "set as default". Go to options and download language pack.
