    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.

    Hi Everybody, Version 21H1 (OS build 19043.2364) I've can not access a brand new bluetooth headset, or any other bluetooth device it seems.
    • Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth Will Reinstall "Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377, but also report that Bluetooth radio status is not fixed.
    • Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices Does not offer a Bluetooth "ON/OFF" toggle switch Does not offer any other options to select other bluetooth devices
    • Device Manager: Bluetooth > Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Bluetooth Device Status: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) This is the only listed driver under bluetooth
    What can I do to resolve this? ======= Regards, Paul
