Windows 10: Lost bookmarks

I have lost my bookmarks in Windows 10. Also lost my toolbar. How do I get them back?

Bookmark lost

Hi, I accidentally deleted one of my google chrome accounts and lost my bookmarks. I was wondering if there was any chance of restoring the bookmarks. I'm on windows 10 and I've tried going to %appdata% and look for my bookmarks but i cant find anything.
please help, thank you!
